KNITTING
Our knitting Garment manufacturing service & Knitting Garment workflow:
1. Paper pattern design
When the garment design sample is confirmed, the factory will use the garment CAD plate-making software to place the standard paper pattern according to the size provided by the customer, and make the paper pattern and layout diagram for production.
2. Production preparation
- According to customer's requirements, the factory will purchase yarn, woven fabric, check the fabric, dye the fabric and roll the fabric to the factory
- Factory purchasing accessories and accessories (such as stitches, buttons, zippers, etc.)
- The factory inspects and tests the purchased fabrics and accessories, and preshrinks and arranges the fabrics to ensure the stability of clothing size.
3. Cutting
According to the layout drawing, the automatic cloth spreading machine is used to finish the automatic cloth spreading, and E80 automatic cutting machine is used to cut the garment pieces to ensure that all the size symbols of garment pieces are required by customers.
4. Sewing
Sewing is a highly technical and important process in the whole garment processing process. Through the combination of various machine processes, a garment with a standard appearance can be completed.
5. Finishing
The complete finishing process includes checking, trimming threads, measuring and ironing.
6. Packing
The factory will check the ironed clothes again and pack them individually.
7. Shipment inspection
Sample inspection by buyer's QC.
- We have more than 350 sets of equipment, including Overlock Machine and Straight Lock Stitcher With Thread. Flat Lock Machine, Hemming Machiine and all kinds of auxiliary machines for clothing. Equipment brand involved: JUKI, MAQI, PEGASUS, JACK.
